Notocactus uebelmannianus

Notocactus uebelmannianus

Although most Notocacti produce yellow flowers, there are exceptions. A few produce pink flowers and one or two are orangey in colour. Perhaps the strongest coloured of all is the purple flowered form of  N. uebelmannianus. Be warned, however, there are yellow flowered forms as well and unless they are in flower they cannot be distinguished.
