PUBLIC PLANT SALES

Buy good plants at keen prices and get free information about cultivation, and about the BCSS and our Branch:-

Saturday 16th August (12.30 to 5.00pm) & Sunday 17th August (11.00am to 4.00pm) at Hartlepool Horticultural Show in the Borough Hall on the Headland, Hartlepool.

Saturday 20th September at Stokesley Show (there will also be a display at this event).

CHAIRMAN'S "AT HOME"

Visit our chairman's collection on the afternoon of Sunday August 10th (2.00pm onwards). More importantly, this annual event provides members with the opportunity to socialise without the time constraints of our monthly meetings. There are usually plants for sale, etc.

BRING & BUY SALE

Our annual "Bring & Buy" plant auction" will take place on Wednesday August 13th in Welbury Village Hall, 7.00pm start. Bring plants, bring some money and bring a box - bargains galore!

BRANCH MEAL

The annual Branch meal will take place on Saturday August 30th. It will once again be held in the Station Hotel, Picton. Please note places for this event must be pre-booked via the Branch secretary.

SEPTEMBER BRANCH MEETING

Mike Stansbie will speak to us on Wednesday September 10th, presenting a talk about Mammillarias.
